The hotel was great and excellent and overlooked street. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay thanks to the personable and amicable staff of this property. There were a dining area, a work desk and a couch bed in my family apartment. The decor was great and the atmosphere was family! Location: the hotel was close enough to the best mall of Sorocaba. It also was in the middle of jackson.

We were in a superior room with a double bed and glass window, as for instance. The location was marvellous in the middle of jackson and the staff here was personable. Apart from that, Shopping Panoramico was 20 minutes' drive away.

I was really impressed with this hotel. the value for money is excellent. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location is also perfect, situated right in front of the best mall in town. It's so convenient for shopping and dining. The staff provided great service and were attentive to all our needs. The basic amenities in the room, including the comfortable double bed, made our stay very enjoyable. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was not included in the regular rate, but definitely worth the extra cost. a fantastic experience.

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, right in front of the best mall in the area. The room is so cozy and comfortable, with heating and air conditioning to adjust to my liking. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right from the start. The amenities in the room are top-notch, including a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. I also love that they allow pets and offer special amenities for them. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food, and the breakfast spread is to die for!

We did have a minor issue with cleanliness. There were old soap marks on the shower glass and shoe prints on the floor, which were not ours.

This made it convenient for shopping and dining options. Secondly, I was impressed with the service provided by the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with any requests or questions I had. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with all the basic amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. In addition, I appreciated having a double bed in my room as it offered extra space and comfort.

This hotel’s location was perfect as it was located just in front of the best mall and close to the shopping center. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was fancy and well-equipped. The room did not have a flat sheet above the fitted sheet, which seemed unhygienic.
